Sabarigiri International School has always looked out for the well-being of its students and has recognized the importance of peace and positivity in young minds amidst the ominous situation the world currently faces. Consequently, a decision to implement daily yoga and meditation sessions for all students has been made to ensure that our family of young learners always look out for constructive pursuits with a sense of calmness and clarity. The students are instructed on the precise execution of the meditative poses under the supervision of Mr. Venkatesh. The age old practice of yoga imparts the knowledge of shining the light of awareness into the darkest corners of one’s mind. We aim to make an effort to master the art of listening to one’s own self.
